Front Desk Coordinator:
We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for our clients.
Position Summary
As a Spa Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for warmly welcoming guests, managing appointment scheduling, handling transactions, and supporting the smooth daily operations of the spa. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities

Greet clients and ensure a warm, professional, and inviting experience

Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage booking software

Schedule, confirm, and modify appointments as needed

Handle check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing
-
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and common spaces

Provide information about services, products, and promotions

Communicate client needs or concerns to therapists and spa management
-
Assist with light administrative duties
Qualifications

Previous Spa front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Comfortable using scheduling software and point-of-sale systems

Professional appearance and demeanor

Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure

High school diploma or equivalent required

Licensed Massage Therapist:
We are currently looking for skilled and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing team. If you love helping clients feel renewed, balanced, and restored in a peaceful, professional environment, we would love for you to join us at Zia Wellness Spa.
Position Summary
As a Licensed Massage Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering therapeutic, relaxing, and customized bodywork services that meet the unique needs of each client. You should have a passion for wellness, a deep understanding of massage techniques, and a strong commitment to client care and safety. Looking for Full-time and Part-time positions.
Key Responsibilities

Perform professional massage therapy tailored to clients' individual needs and preferences

Maintain detailed client records and treatment notes

Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients before, during, and after services

Educate clients on treatment plans, wellness routines, and available services/products

Adhere to all sanitation, hygiene, and safety protocols in line with state board and spa policies

Collaborate with front desk staff and fellow therapists to ensure a seamless client experience

Keep treatment room clean, stocked, and prepared for each session

Ability to work weekends and some holidays
Qualifications

Valid state license or certification to practice massage therapy
-
Experience in a spa or wellness center
-
Proficient in a variety of techniques (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, hot stone, etc.)

Excellent communication and customer service skills
-
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
-
Willingness to participate in continuing education or spa training sessions
Preferred, but not required

Knowledge of aromatherapy, body treatments, or alternative modalities (e.g., cupping, reflexology, lymphatic Massage) - Training is Provided

Pay is Commission based Starting at 30% - 32% /equaling to $40.50 - $70.40 (not counting enhancements add ons)

Position Summary

Educate clients on treatment plans, wellness routines, and available services/products

Strong work ethic

A talented esthetician with a passion for caring for others

Minimum of one year of professional experience as a Licensed Esthetician
Qualifications

Valid State of Texas Esthetician License
