We begin by opening the lymph nodes, and then using a machine to slide cups on the entire body, increasing the lymphatic system and blood flow to those areas. The therapist will then use a specific tools and techniques to manipulate the lymphatic system to further release built up fluids. Expect light - medium pressure.
